The water bowl problem

Your pet deserves better than a dusty bowl.

Problem 1

Dust & fur

A bowl sitting out all day collects whatever floats through your home.

Problem 2

Stale water

Water that sits still goes flat. Many cats and dogs prefer fresh, moving water.

Problem 3

Cords next to water

Plug-in fountains end up where the socket is, not where your pet likes to drink.

Will my pet use it?

The 7-day adaptation guide.

Some pets are cautious with new things. This simple routine helps most cats and small dogs make the switch.

1Days 1–3

Side by side

Plug it in on continuous flow, right next to the old bowl.

2Days 4–5

Move the bowl

Slide the old bowl a little farther away each day.

3Days 6–7

Switch to sensor

Turn on sensor mode to save battery.

Still not convinced after 30 days? Send it back with our prepaid label for a full refund. Every fountain also has a 12-month warranty.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will my pet use it?

Most pets adapt within a week with our 7-day guide: start in continuous mode next to the old bowl so the lid stays out of the way, then switch to sensor mode. If your pet won't use it within 30 days, send it back with our prepaid label for a full refund.

Is it only for cats?

No. It's sized for cats and small dogs: a 3 L tank in a compact body (about 21 × 17 × 16 cm). Large dogs need a bigger bowl or fountain.

Will the lid open every time I walk by?

The radar sensor can also react to people passing close by. For fewer false openings (and longer battery life), place it out of busy walkways: a quiet corner or next to the food bowl works well.

What do the 3 modes do?

Sensor: the lid opens and water flows when your pet comes close. Timed: water flows every 15 minutes. Continuous: water flows all the time, only when plugged in.

How long does the battery last?

It depends on the mode and how often your pet drinks. Sensor mode uses the least, and timed mode runs every 15 minutes. Continuous flow works only when plugged in. The 2000 mAh battery recharges with the included cable.

How do I clean it?

Take it apart by hand and rinse the tank, tray and lid with warm, soapy water, rinse the filter in clean water only (no soap), then reassemble. The parts are hand-wash only (not dishwasher-safe). Wipe the battery and control module with a cloth and keep the charging port dry: never put it in water. A quick rinse every few days and a full clean weekly keeps it fresh.

What's in the box?

The fountain (tank, water tray, top frame and clear lid), the control module with its rechargeable battery, 1 filter, a USB charging cable and a user manual. A USB wall adapter is not included: use any standard USB wall adapter.

Is it quiet?

The pump is made for living spaces. Keep the water above the minimum line to avoid pump noise.

Where do you ship from?

From a US warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–7 days later. Shipping is free.

Will a fountain help my pet's health?

Many cats and dogs prefer fresh, moving water, and a fountain with a lid stays cleaner than an open bowl. A fountain is not a medical treatment: if your pet has urinary or kidney issues, follow your vet's advice on diet and hydration.
