The 30-day pet-approval guarantee

If your pet won't use the fountain within 30 days of delivery, send it back and we'll refund the product price in full. We email you a prepaid US return label, so the return costs you nothing.

  • How long: 30 days from the delivery date shown in your tracking.
  • What it covers: your pet not using the fountain, or simply changing your mind.
  • What we need: your order number, and the fountain returned complete (tank, tray, top frame, lid, control module and charging cable), emptied, rinsed and dry, without damage caused by misuse.
  • How to start: email support@kitbroockpet.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with your prepaid label.
  • Refund: once the return is delivered to us, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
  • Sets: if you return part of a Two-Room or Whole-Home Set, we refund the price you paid for each returned fountain. Any filters included with a set must be returned unopened, or their regular price is deducted.
  • Limit: one pet-approval return per customer.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If a fountain arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or is missing parts, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video. You don't need to send anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we cover the return shipping. You can choose a free replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

12-month limited warranty

Every fountain is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months after delivery: for example, if the pump, battery, sensor or charging stops working during normal use according to the instructions. Send us your order number and a short video of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or, if none is available, refund you.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, drops, putting the control module or charging port in water, the dishwasher, normal wear, filters (they are consumables), unauthorized repairs, or items bought from other sellers.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Filters

Opened filter packs are consumables and can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
